Term 4 Band Program is coming!

There’s something pretty special about making music with other people.

Our Band Program gives students the chance to take everything they’re learning in their private lessons and put it into action in a real band.

Find your people. Find your sound. Choose songs you love. Bring your own ideas. Learn to play with each other.

Then put it all together and take it to the stage!

THIS IS BAND.

Over the term, students work together to create a band that feels like theirs.

They’ll choose their name, build their setlist, arrange songs, try new ideas, learn how to rehearse properly and figure out what makes a band really click.

All with an experienced teacher in the room to guide them, challenge them and help turn all those individual musicians into one seriously good band.

THE NUTS & BOLTS

Here’s what you need to know:

• Term 4, 2026
• 9 weekly rehearsals + a live gig
• 90-minute band rehearsals
• Led by an experienced Currumbin Rhythm teacher
• Private lessons continue alongside Band Program
• Bands are carefully put together based on instrument, age, experience and fit
• Same rehearsal day and time each week
• Full-term commitment required
• Finish the term performing a live set with your band

Being in a band is a team sport. Everyone has a part to play, and your bandmates are counting on you to show up, know your stuff, bring your ideas and have their backs.
